I was taken aback by the way food was handled. I`d say that in general it was lakadaisical or I was fussy. Used to closed shop windows screened from the heat and the flies, it`s a bit offputting that everything is on show on the bar of the butcher, which is always outside.When it is big animals as camels or cows are exposed their heads to part.
